Last year I struggled with anxiety for quite a long time. I found it especially difficult to shut my mind off at night and get a good night's sleep. I started doing Reiki with Zen almost 3 yrs ago. It was something completely new to me. I was having chronic backaches, anxiety, and going through IVF. Reiki helped me manage all these life changing experiences. I felt peace, it helped me remain calm, and think clearly. It even made my back pain manageable. I believe it also had an effect on my IVF process. I got my beautiful baby on the first try! Till this day, I am still doing Reiki with this amazing ZEN master!

My reiki session with Zen was amazing to say the least. The whole experience was very relaxing, calming, and grounding. She exudes peace and tranquility that you didn't know you needed until you're there and feel her work her magic. I have had the pleasure of receiving reiki delivered by Zen twice. she has a calming and understanding presence, her natural ability to understand my blockages, to drop small gems of spiritual advice, and the overall after feeling of weightlessnes that carries on with me for months is what will keep me returning.

I started seeing Zenaida for reiki sessions after I had an onset of Bell’s Palsy and I’m so happy with the results, both spiritually and physically. Acupuncture just wasn’t working for me which was stressing me out even more. During my first session I was so surprised that my eye was closing by itself. Thanks to Zenaida my whole self care game is on point!! Mind, body and spirit. Also, I want to highlight the fact that Zenaida does this with a heart full of love and pure intentions. To me this is what set her(and her craft) apart from everything else I tried.

Earlier this year I suffered from anxiety to the point where I would break out in tears or had panic attacks. After my first reiki session with Zen I started to feel more balanced and grounded. I’ve had multiple sessions since then and has felt great ever since. It allowed me to open my mind spiritually. Zen is extremely professional and take pride in her craft which is why I am able to fully trust her as a reiki practitioner. She is open to any questions and give great advice. The crystals she use during the sessions and I always feel energy cleansing. She also sell some of the most beautiful stones to keep you aligned I highly recommend Zen for all your reiki needs!
